I got a fast response on two different times when I required assistance from customer support regarding the dimensions.

Good fan for those hot days or for making your own HEPA filters, didn’t run into any issues.

The product quality is solid, and the price ain't too shabby. But man, I had to wait forever to get my stuff. I've ordered plenty from this company, but my last order was made two weeks back, and I'm still in limbo waiting for it. UPDATE: Today I got a quick reply from UK Electrical Supplies, and they let me know it was delivered last week, even sent a delivery pic. DPD dropped it in a part of my garden that's not used anymore, and they didn't even ring the bell or leave a card to say where it was! I'd recommend UK E.S., but DPD? Nah!

I waited way longer than I thought I would to get my stuff. The Hamilton Hartland bright steel and brass aperture plates were spot on, but the Hamilton Eurofix white 25 by 50mm shielded RJ45 Cat 6 modules? Not so much. About 30% of them had a busted plastic clip that keeps the module in place right out of the box, and the rest broke pretty easily when I tried to push the cat cable in. We had to resort to using superglue just to avoid the hassle of the press clip breaking.

No initial customs fees. Shipping prices are crazy high. The customer support seems indifferent, and it shows in their emails. STAY AWAY! They added a note after my purchase, which wasn’t there before, so there was a problem!!!

The light output is fantastic when set to daylight, and the coverage is broader than 60 degrees, with no harsh edges at the cone's perimeter.

When I checked it on the bench, the metal part got pretty warm (but not uncomfortably so), and after I installed it, it cooled down, probably because of the heat being absorbed by the plasterboard. I also tried a Luceco 6W downlight, which stays cool and can be covered, but it requires a bigger hole.

The wire clamps hold tight, and while connecting one T&E cable is straightforward, getting two in there is a bit tricky since the cables need to be quite short and cross over each other.

The spring arms do an okay job of keeping the fitting pressed against the ceiling, but if you can get to it, I’d recommend adding some packers above the ceiling to boost the pressure.

There's a fantastic range of electrical goods at prices that won't break the bank. Delivery was quick too. Definitely worth a shout!
